The Word of God talks about the ‘Fruit of the Spirit.’
Galatians 5:22-23 says this:
‘But the fruit of the Spirit is Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control.’
Notice that it says: The Fruit [Singular] of the Spirit – not ; The Fruits [Plural]
Why is it the singular – Fruit? – Because every aspect of it speaks of – and is found in – the Person of Jesus Christ.
With that in mind – hear it again:
‘But the fruit of the Spirit is Love, joy. Peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control.’
