Week after week and year after year – untold amounts of people attend Church services, bible studies, Sunday school, revival meetings and beyond –
and yet – it seems like nothing ever changes in their lives.
They come away disillusioned, disappointed and blaming God –
Why is this?
Well God tells us that it’s not enough to just ‘hear’ the Truth if we are unwilling to apply that Truth to our lives – and – apply it to what we are doing in this life:
He tells us in His word:
‘Do not merely listen to the Word and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.’ [James 1:22]
