Think of the amount of money that is spent today on gimmicks, pills, lotions and potions trying to assure a longer life and peace of mind.

At the end of it all is disappointment and more wrinkles from the stress or anger of being ripped off again.

Here’s a much more faithful promise from the Lord:

“Let Your heart keep my commandments, for length of days and long life and peace shall they add to thee.”

This does not mean there will not be difficulty, but God will certainly be there with every step of the way.
