Being in the Ministry, people have asked me over the years how I would define a hypocrite.

That’s a question I think is best answered by Jesus Himself.

Jesus said: “Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites; as it is written: “These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.”

Saying we believe and love God, or even telling God Himself those things with our lips, but not backing it up with a true heart of love and devotion toward Him is how God defines a Hypocrite.

Think about it!
