‘Something To Think About’ B101.5FM Radio Message 5/12/16

Winston Churchill said: ‘We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.’

Giving – is the true essence of life. This is why the Lord Jesus Himself said:

“It is more blessed to give, than to receive.’ [Acts 20:35]

Believe me, He was not after your money, my money, or anyone else’s money. He was wanting you to experience a life of blessing, and true personal fulfillment. Yes, there are times when we are called upon to faithfully give of our resources to forward the message of God’s unfailing love, but we must remember, and know inwardly, that this is not exclusive to, or limited to money.

God will always provide what you need to be an expression of His life and love. Click To Tweet

Look for every opportunity to give. Your time, wisdom, strength, experience, gifting, resources. If you have a genuine desire to give and bless others, God will always clearly show you ‘who, what, when, where, and how. And He will always provide all that you need to give and be an expression of His life and Love.

‘Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord your God which He has given you.’ [Deuteronomy 16:17].

Make life happen, and make life count. Give, serve, & love!

 GOD’S LOVE NEVER FAILS

  1. Hello Pastor, I just saw this post. Dave and I are driving to dinner and were talking about the same thing. How awesome is that! God confirms! We love you. Have a blessed evening.

  2. It is my heart to give way more then I receive and even with a heart for giving, I do have moments where I wonder “I have given all that I can, and they still ask for more/want more/don’t care/give nothing in return/take advantage”… and that is MY fault… The true blessing and feeling of satisfaction behind giving is that you do it because it is on your heart to give and bless and love even when others fail you, until the day you die.
