Grandparents! Is there anything more precious in life than loving Grandparents?

My Grandmother raised me, and I miss her every day of my life. It is almost impossible for me to put into words the lifelong impact that my Grandmother had on me as a young child. Her love, words, music, and encouragement have followed me everyday of my life, right up to this very moment. The truth is, without getting involved in details, if it was not for my Grandmother, I probably would not even be alive today.

God placed my Grandmother in my life. She died when I was only 12 years old, but her life is and was – a miracle! When I look back and reflect upon the goodness of God in my life, by allowing me to have such a blessing in my life through my Grandmother, I marvel, and will be forever grateful.

Some really great friends of mine just found out their daughter is pregnant with twins – Wow – Grandparents X’s two – in one phone call.

Today or this week – do something really special for the grandparents in your life. Don’t wait for ‘Grandparent’s Day’. Even today you can make a phone call, or take them out for a special dinner, a gift card, a surprise. It will be so Awesome for them!

God shows us in His word that He loved blessing the Grandparents. And, God has much to say about the blessing of Grandparents in our lives.
